When will my order be shipped?

• We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible according to purchasing priorities. Usually order processing will take 2-3 business days.
• During the busy holiday season and after holiday sales, delivery might take a little longer than usual. Our team works hard every day to ensure customers receive packages as soon as possible, so we greatly appreciate your patience.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

• The estimated delivery time will approximately 7-15 days depending on the location of the destinations.

How to track your orders?

• When your package has been dispatched an additional email will be sent with tracking details. Furthermore, you can track your order via the link here.  

Duties & Taxes

• On international orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
