Overview

  • You may return most goods within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. However, the shipping cost will not be refunded unless you were sent a wrong or damaged item. 
  • To request a refund after the package has been sent, customers have to wait until the order has arrived and return the package to us. After sending out the package, please provide a tracking number to us, then we will process the refund.
  • If you need to make a return, we do encourage you to reuse the box or bag that your order was delivered in.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, simply return the item you no longer want and place a new order for the item or size you desire.

How to initiate a return?

Please contact the Customer Service team at support@woyyho.com directly and provide your order number and photos of the product you received that was damaged. Customer Service will respond to you within 24 hours with the next steps.

All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. Please ensure that the original appearance is not damaged, no stained and no used (including packaging). If the goods are damaged due to your improper operation, we refuse to return the goods.

Upon receiving your return, we’ll process it and issue a refund to your PayPal account, usually within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email when your refund has been issued.

Shipping returns

★ If you want to return an item without any quality problem, please send an email to us at support@woyyho.com with your order number details. We will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the return shipping fee.

★ If the item you received has any quality problem, such as wrong or damaged products, you don’t need to pay for the shipping of exchange. Just send us an email with your order number details, it will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.

Non-Returnable Items

♦ Obvious signs of use

♦ Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

♦ Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

♦ Digital goods such as memberships and gift cards

Refunds

♠ Once we accept your return request, please return the products to our company at the address provided by our customer service team. We will make a check. Please be assured that the refund will normally be completed within 7 working days.

♠ Once your refund is approved, your PayPal account or credit card will receive a refund from us within 7 working days.

♠ If you still have not received a refund, please check your account number or contact your credit card bank account. It may take several business days for your credit card account to announce your refund details.

♠ If your refund is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@woyyho.com in time.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
